Girl at works knows my interest, said wasn't interested in guys but acts opposit

Basically girl at work, knows my intentions, said she wasn’t looking to talk to guys ATM. Didn’t reject me (yes I can read between the lines) she continued to text a lot for about a week and a half and kept finding ways to talk to me at work in situations she wouldn’t normally and wouldn’t have to. Now she had gone cold not texted, but keeps approaching Mr at work but is acting disinterested. Hard to tell if she’s lost interest or not as there are several indicators for both interest and disinterest. She won’t go out due to severe anxiety but it’s hard to tell.
