WendyEver since i got pregnant and moved on with my now partner,my ex has been massaging me from time to time. His messages start off by saying “just wanted to say hi” and it usually followed by a compliment. He wrote to me when i was pregnant, and told me i was beautiful and he wrote to me after i had my child saying i was still “amazingly gorgeous”. I respond with a simple “thank you”. He replies “of course”.
My qurstion is- why does he do this? Am i over thinking his messages, is he just simply being nice to be a kind person or is there a motive to him being nice.
