There is really no excuse for that.

Someone who uses a dating app while on a date is showing a strong lack of respect for the person they are meeting, is incredibly self-centered or has become so accustomed to using the dating app on a daily basis that they are unable to shake the addiction.

No matter how much you were enjoying the date before she started using the dating app, her behavior is still inexcusable.

The issue is not that she used the dating app.

This was only her first date with you and she has every reason to keep her dating options open.

The issue is that she used it while on a date with you.

Try not to get too caught up in how well the date was going before you noticed her using the dating app.

That leads to excuses for her behavior.

The same applies to applying more of a focus on how good your overall experience has been with her, from the moment you started chatting on the dating site to the first date.

She has been a breath of fresh air.

The conversations either fizzle out or they make plans to meet up with you on a date only to stand you up.

A self-centered nature means that it is all about her and she lacks consideration for people.

An addiction to the dating app to the point where she is so accustomed to frequently using it throughout the day that she can’t stop doing it, even when she is on a date, means that she is more concerned with the next match on her cue than in anyone in front of her.

That makes you obsolete at right about…now.

Have some self-respect.

No matter how hard online dating has panned out for you so far, you are better than this.

Don’t even think about asking her out on another date.

Asking her out on another date sends the message that she can treat you however which way she likes and get away with it.

If you want to get a chance at matching with better quality women, have some dignity. No self-respecting woman wants a man that is this much of a pushover.
